The program is for affiliates and referral partners who can honestly recommend us to founders outside the US who need a US company, an EIN, a registered agent or US tax filings. It fits best if you are:

When someone you refer opens a new account and pays a first order, you earn a commission. Every referral, commission and payout shows in your dashboard.

You earn a commission on each new customer's first paid order, as long as they pay within 60 days of clicking your link. The amount depends on the service they buy. You get the full commission table in your approval email and in your dashboard.

Rules
These are the main rules. The full list is in the program terms, and breaking them cancels the commission.
- Disclose the relationship. Say clearly, near your link, that you earn a commission if someone buys. The US Federal Trade Commission and the program terms both require this.
- Do not bid on our brand name or its misspellings in paid search or social ads.
- Do not post your link on coupon, deal or cashback sites.
- Do not spam, post fake reviews or make misleading claims. We are not a law firm or a CPA firm, so do not describe us as one, and do not promise tax outcomes.
- Do not refer yourself or buy through your own link.

Questions
Is this an affiliate program or a referral program?
Both. Creators and websites usually call it an affiliate program, and accountants and advisers usually call it a referral partnership. Everyone gets the same link, the same commissions and the same dashboard.
What counts as a referral?
A new customer whose account is created after they click your link, and who pays a first order within 60 days of that click. Renewals, later orders and existing customers do not earn a commission. If a customer clicked links from more than one partner, the last link before they created their account gets the credit.
How much can I earn?
The commission depends on the service the customer buys. It never goes above what the customer actually paid us, not counting state fees and tax. You see the full table once you are approved.
When do I get paid?
Each commission is held for 60 days after the customer pays, in case of a refund or chargeback. Then it becomes payable. On the 1st of each month we pay partners who have at least $100 payable. A smaller balance rolls over to the next month.
How are payouts sent?
Through Wise, to your Wise email or bank details, in a currency Wise supports. If your bank is not on Wise, your bank and currency conversion fees come out of the payout.
Do I need to live in the US?
No. You can join from almost any country. We cannot accept applicants who live in, or are based in, a sanctioned country or region: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions. We also cannot pay anyone on a sanctions list.
Do I need a tax form?
Yes, before your first payout. You add a W-8BEN if you are a non-US individual, a W-8BEN-E if you are a non-US company, or a W-9 if you are a US person. You do it in your dashboard, and it takes about 5 minutes.
What if a customer gets a refund?
A refund or chargeback cancels the commission. If it happens after we paid you, we take it off your next payout.
Do my referrals get a discount?
Not by default. We can set up a discount code for a partner with a large audience. Ask after you are approved.
